The Missionary Map of the World is a map created by the London Missionary Society in 1842. It was designed to show the spread of the Christian faith across the globe. The map includes details of the various missions of the London Missionary Society, which were active in Africa, Asia, and the Pacific Islands during the 19th century. The map features a topographical map of the world as well as small insets showing the locations and activities of each mission. Each mission is marked by a symbol indicating its primary focus, such as evangelism, education, or medical services.
