Description
My artwork combines Buffalo Gap National Grasslands Nebraska, with Devil's Tower National Monument, Wyoming, USA. Devil's Tower is America's first national monument, declared by President Theodore Roosevelt in 1906.
While traveling through the great state of Nebraska, we photographed this sign showing the entrance to Buffalo Gap National Grasslands, Nebraska, USA.
There are 20 National Grasslands in the United States, including Buffalo Gap. Buffalo Gap National Grassland offers an array of unique opportunities for visitors looking to get away from it all. One of the most extensive, productive ecosystems in the United States, the National Grasslands are home to a surprising diversity of plants and animals. Grasslands in the Buffalo Gap National Grassland are managed by the USDA.
