Description
Leonardo da Vinci's Madonna Litta (mid 1490s) famous painting. I enclosed this vintage artwork inside an oval shape to give it a different look so you can purchase other printed items such as T-shirts, round stickers, and other products.

Leonardo da Vinci is traditionally credited with painting the Madonna Litta in the Hermitage Museum, Saint Petersburg in the late 15th century.
The original owner of the Madonna Litta painting was the Litta family of Milan.
A devotional subject known as Madonna lactans depicts the Virgin Mary breastfeeding the Christ child. Like Leonardo's earlier Madonna of the Carnation, the figures are set in a dark interior with two arched openings. A mountainous landscape in aerial perspective can be seen beyond. Christ holds a goldfinch in his left hand, symbolizing his upcoming Passion.
